At the heart of the kitchen is a wood-fired grill and oven, with a generous menu made for sharing. Greek flavours lead the way, with touches from across the Mediterranean — from taramasalata and grilled saganaki to vine leaf-wrapped swordfish with skordalia and lamb shoulder with green garlic and ladolemono. Finish with orange and filo cake or warm loukoumades.
