Join us at Bentley Restaurant + Bar for an intimate evening celebrating the wines of Paolo Scavino, one of Barolo’s most revered producers.
On Friday 12 June, we welcome Mattia Benevello from Paolo Scavino to Sydney for a special one-night-only dinner featuring a multi-course menu paired alongside a rare lineup of Scavino wines spanning Dolcetto, Barbera, Langhe Nebbiolo and a selection of single vineyard Barolos, including Cannubi, Ravera, Monvigliero and Bric dël Fiasc. The menu has been designed to complement the depth, elegance and ageability of these exceptional wines, with highlights including Dry Aged Duck Breast with cuttlefish, mushroom and kombu gel, Wagyu Rib Cap with native pepper and fermented black bean sauce; and Bentley Cheese Selection paired with two 2009 Barolos.
