Westholme X Bentley

An Evening of Westholme Wagyu & Rare Bordeaux Wines
Wednesday 15 October – 6:30pm

Join us at Bentley for an extraordinary dinner celebrating two of the world’s great culinary treasures — Westholme Wagyu and Bordeaux wine.

Westholme produces nature-led Australian Wagyu, raised in Northern Australia, where the landscape imparts a distinctive flavour. With a stud home to the most highly credentialed fullblood black Wagyu genetics to leave Japan, Westholme has become one of the most respected Wagyu producers in the world.

For this one-night-only event, the Bentley team has designed a four-course menu highlighting the purity and depth of Westholme Wagyu. Dishes include:

  • Fried bun with Westholme Pure Bred Ribeye MB9+ and N25 caviar

  • Wagyu tartare with caterpillar mushrooms and nashi pear

  • A selection of premium cuts cooked over coals with classic accompaniments

  • Liquorice custard with white chocolate and mandarin to finish

The menu is paired with a selection of rare Bordeaux wines from esteemed châteaux, including Montrose, Ducru Beaucaillou, and Pichon Longueville Comtesse Lalande — featuring vintages from the 1970s and 1980s — closing with the 1986 Château Climens from Barsac.
