Our set menu features dishes like Albrolhos Island Scallop with Smoked Heirloom Tomato, Prawn Crumpet with Fermented Chilli, Spiced Tuna Steak with Beaujolais Jus and a 450g O’Connor Bone-In Sirloin. For dessert, enjoy a Ginger Glazed Key Lime Pie.
